What to do before our technician arrives

Your satisfaction on the completion of the job is our top priority. Taking these pro-active steps ensures everything runs smoothly and you can discuss with our technician any finer points, so that you are both aware of the expected outcome of the clean.

As we use truck mounted equipment, we need to park our vehicle as close as possible to an entry door, in order to run hoses for our cleaning equipment. Make sure vehicles are not obstructing access.

Porcelain knick-knacks, fine china, collectibles and any other potentially fragile or breakable items should be removed from the cleaning area and placed in a safe area. Although we are very conscious and try to be as careful as we can, removing these items eliminates any accidents.

Floor lamps, waste baskets, toys, clothing and shoes should all be moved out of the area that requires cleaning. This allows our technician a clean sweep of the area, and enables the carpet to have a greater air flow and quicker drying.

Showing our technician any stains and perhaps knowing the possible cause of the stain is a great help. Pointing out high traffic areas or other areas you're most concerned with will help make it clear to our technician, who will concentrate on those areas during the cleaning process.

Although our furry friends are inquisitive, it is a good idea to keep them away from the areas to be cleaned, as while the carpet is damp, they can bring in dirt and soiling on their paws that will mark the freshly cleaned carpet.
